For the record, football has one mission in life: to fill the woeful gap between the World Series and March. That being said, this weekend's lineup is fairly fortituous for the East Coast -- we either have our Giants or, if you're a little farther up the line, that other team. Dear Nico, I think I'll be thanking you now on paper. However, I do have plans for thanking you later -- specificially, I have a luncheon committee meeting for the Army on the fifteenth of the month and a cluster of people who need to eat good Sri Lankan food.

Of course, I need some too. Waiting two weeks is ever-so difficult for me to do.
