Claire Bennet (adamantined) → Claire is Noah's daughter. Though the fact that she is adopted is a major point of contention in their relationship lately, chiefly due to her evolved genes, nothing can dilute the paternal feelings Noah has for her. Claire is why Noah has unwound himself from being the borderline sociopath agent for the Company. Claire is why Noah has become the vicious, morally twisted man he is, fighting tooth and nail to protect his family and subvert the Company that was once his life. He loves her fiercely, though he is often conflicted over lying to her. He finds it necessary to protect her, though he knows it frustrates her and endangers their relationship.
In the City, Claire is from a time behind him - more things to protect her from, and gloss over the truth of. He wants her to be happy and have a chance at a normal life. Despite being without Sandra and Lyle, Noah plans on attempting to allow her to have that, here. It'll be a struggle with his over protective, violent side - and the whole Sylar being around issue - but his daughter is worth it.
Eden McCain (suicideslowly) → Eden was a girl whom the Company found and took in as an agent. She's known Noah from his darker days and watched him grow a conscience, just as he's watched her evolve from a power abusing drunk driver to the smart, capable, effective agent she was. She was Noah's most trusted partner, one of the only people to know about Claire and his efforts to hide her from the Company. Eden's death infuriated him and fueled his hatred of Sylar. Judging by the caliber of evolved Company employees after Eden, it was quite possible she was the last good woman employed there, leaving Noah effectively alone. To have her alive again in the City is both overwhelming and joyous; as is back to work writing and their own operating policy.
