Wow creepy, I dunno.. but if you're thinking what I should be thinking (?) I'd guess he wants to see your pictures that are friends only locked..

Oh god, yeah, that's really weird.

I actually did try to block him, but it was weird because after rejecting his friend invite, I couldn't find his facebook anywhere. Freaky.
