I've been quiet for a few days but I've managed to do something entirely new to me ... I've spent some time making my own Indian style lime pickle, which I'm immensely proud of. Only time will tell if it has worked properly and doesn't kill people who try it, but for now I've got all the jars lined up and I feel like I really did something

I love the way, with the chopping board behind them, they seem to be surmounted by mountaineering sheep :)
