Okay... Eero... Is rather afraid of Noriko, but feels like she's more reasonable than Mr. "Saaasaaasaaa". If he has a problem that he has to see one of the two, he's going to go to Noriko, but he'd much rather avoid both of them.
Theresa always considered Vidya as her best friend. Vidya made her nervous sometimes, but in general Theresa felt that Vidya would be the most likely person to have her back. Being willing to dump (or close enough for Theresa) Erland, who Theresa felt was a bit too much of Vidya's world for her sake really helped that. If Theresa was around, she'd probably go to Vidya if she had a problem.
Theresa liked Suzume, but they got rather distant with the whole HiME thing, and Suzume being male, and generally dropping off the earth (like Theresa, hurr). She was sorry for not becoming better friends, but... otherwise wasn't all that close anymore.
Erland stuff will have to be a seperate comment... or two.
Vidya... misses Theresa. It hurts her that Theresa threw everything away and gave up. She'd love Theresa to be around again. But... since you seem to be getting zero inspiration for your d00d, not expecting any returns of our favorite feminist ice queen. :(
Suzume I think liked Theresa off and on, but... yeah. The HiME bullshit kinda, booped shit.
Erland likes Shiroko well enough. Infinitely frustrating girl before, but now that Shiroko seems a bit frightened and generally more respectful of him, he rather likes her. He also feels somewhat responsible for her death, so he's hoping that once they get Shiyoko (and maybe the other 2) back, they can finally settle in

Emi thought Desdemona was rather weird when she first came, but eventually came to respect her. I think she feels closer to Desdemona than most of the other staff, as she was the only other female for a while, when Midori left, and still seems like the most approachable, as Noriko is a bit... off, to her. She'd probably be happy to sit down and talk with Desdemona, but would be rather disturbed to learn about what she did with the other dragons, to the point she wouldn't be sure who to trust

Erland doesn't care much for Icarus. He respects him like he does Isabel, and appreciates him keeping Alex and now Victoria safe, but generally feels the dragon is too unreliable and unpredictable. He'd prefer to be rid of him... and nearly managed when a good reason made itself available. It annoys him to no end that Icarus just barged back in without consulting him, but with the whole dark signer situation he knows he might need the help.
Yuusei... Erland would like Yuusei a lot more if it wasn't for his connection with Stardust. As it stands, Erland doesn't trust Yuusei any more than he trusts the dragon. This MIGHT change, and Yuusei's consistent temperament will likely endear him to Erland eventually, but he's got to work through the trust issue first.
Shikou: Erland likes Shikou well enough, interestingly. He doesn't particularly like the rival for Shiroko's affections, but trusts Shikou not to follow along with it... at least not very far.
Souha: Souha confuses Erland anymore. He can't keep track of what's what in Souha's head, and considering how the incident with Shiroko soured him, he's not particularly keen on trying. He does still like "Slave" well enough, though... and would probably help if asked, or he sees Souha in trouble.
Loves Umu, of course. He thinks she's too ridged... he's hoping that he can eventually get her to loosen up a bit... and maybe learn a few things about organization and presence from her in the meanwhile. He does regret ever hurting her like he did that once, but would still break up if Vidya demanded it. Fortunately, Vidya never will... at least not in her right mind, which is a requirement.
Shikou does not entirely mind Erland. He is, though, completely intimidated by how Erland is, and what he might do, if he finds reason to. He's also bothered by how Erland did bring up certain things he did want to forget, recently, but he tries very hard to just try to not be too obviously so.
He generally doesn't have much reason to trust him about anything, though, unless if it were to protect Shiroko. And he is glad, at the least, that Erland didn't jump to conclusions concerning DShiroko's claims about him.
Souha
... He'd probably feel veeeeery guilty if he really knew that Erland is confused by him, at this point, among other things. He trusts Erland the most out of, well... Just about anyone he knows, pretty much considers him to at least be one of the few people he wouldn't expect to just leave him alone out of nowhere, and hates that a part of him caused their relationship to be soured, as it did
