What is the reason for Theresa having her cyrokinetic powers?

I never really thought all that much about it, to be honest. The OoC reasoning is that in the RP that she was originally created for, magic was actually quite common, and she was fairly well rounded. She knew a spell or two in most elements, designed to round out her otherwise mainly Ice focused spell set.

As for DA reasoning, I've only recently begun to ponder that, but it's probably fairly similar to the Samasus, if not actually related.

That'd be weird if she was technically a Samasu. Explains some of her mental issues.

It depends on how lazy I am. Originally I figured she was a long lost relative, not unlike Seku, but I'm starting to think she may be completely unrelated.
