So I've got a game I've been working on for awhile that seems pretty cool concept wise, but is something that I feel ultimately isn't a me game. You also seem to enjoy a concept piece. You will come up with the "King Arthur with Giant Mechs" and just iterate that out. I don't think I have ever seen you start with the mechanic, but instead you hit the basic idea first and then try and find a mechanic to fit. Humor seems to be a factor in your games, but very very rarely does it cross into silly. More of a sense of wit, instead of silly.
