so here's the stroy. My 13 year old brother was given 100 dollars by my mother to buy christmas presents. the spent 40 dollars on one gift and then spent the rest on weed for himself. now i can't really say much about the weed and such becasue i did that when i was his age, but i didn't spend money on it because it was free, and also i had money.
