So it finally happened to me. I've heard of it happening to other people I know but even then it's something you don't really expect will happen to you till it happens. Someone managed to get my debit card number and made a fake card, then bought an Xbox 360 at a gamestop in Chicago, and almost $500 at a footlocker nearby

Switch to FirstMerit Bank and you'll get better service. I dealt with this stuff every week for almost 2 years. I used to write each company in official letterhead as well. You use 5/3rd I bet if the service sucked that bad.
