One major issue with your site. The small graphics you use take forever to load, because you've simply designated a size for the huge image, so it has to load the gigantic image. I'd suggest saving small copies of those images and using those instead of the big ones resized on the fly, to both decrease load time and decrease bandwidth use.

Thanks, I am getting my thumbnails in order. It is the next step. Do you know what the web standard is for thumbnail size (72 res and 100 pix?).
