Clarify something about your project for me. I see you've been writing leatherwomen and leatherdyke history interchangably. I'd give you *something*, but I truly don't fit into the latter category and would only be mucking up your work. Does this make any sense?

I do sort of use them interchangably, dont I?? ;)

My dissertation is on the Leatherdyke community. The project is on Women in Leather ... specifically focused on women's communities (which have many but not all dykes) ...

SO ... whatever you have would OF COURSE be a welcome addition to the Archives--and may or may not be included in the exhibit itself or my project more specifically.

Does that make sense and help answer your question?

I'm so glad things are going well at the LA&M. It's so cool that you are working on this display. Our community will owe you a VERY BIG Thank You when it's complete. I know that I feel a lot of gratitude that you are willing to do this essential work on our behalf.
