[Medli is confused, certainly. She's somehow been abandoned on the mountain of a totally unfamiliar land, her harp is gone, it's morning, and it's snowing. Still, she doesn't let any of that that stop her from gathering what's left of her things, the journal, and her courage to set out for a goal

I've had a few things explained to me. Let's see... I know this land is called Luceti, that people are taken far from their homes from many places and even times, and that there doesn't seem to be any way to leave.

It's all a lot to take in, and it doesn't make much sense, but I think that's right! Did I miss anything?

[Medli follows unceremoniously, doing her best to not stare at the floor. Normally, this would be where she'd say something like "It's fine, don't worry!", but this woman seems very insistent! And Medli's sure she's managed to offend her in under five minutes, somehow, so she figures it'd be better to just stay quiet for a while and not offend her any further.]

[Okay, out the door, down the street... and towards the main clothes place where everyone seems to get their stuff. Once they get closer to it though she looks over her shoulder, seeing that the beak girl is still there. Hmmm Well. Getting the door]

[She still bows to the other woman, very quickly, because feeling very foolish is no reason to not be polite.] Thank you for helping me, miss! I'm sorry for taking up so much of your time. [Then, with one more glance at her as she goes by, she walks in.]

[Mel says as the other is getting through the door. she's not super interested in following this girl around, but she is interested enough to get the name and... if she can figure out a good way how to ask if the beak is some sort of mutation]
