[fffff link you're going to make her sick] Link, you forgot - Oh dear.

[So she shuts the bouncing video off and stands by the fountain with some books she's checked out and the journal clutched to her chest, looking all around her for Link's familiar green silhouette.]

[She looks visibly disappointed for a moment, as if she was still holding onto the hope that people would know, but she quickly tries to hide it with a smile.]

Well, I'm a Rito! My people are a tribe who live on an island under the watchful eye of our sky spirit, Valoo, who has blessed our race with the appearance of birds and the gift of wings.

Well, no, not all of us. Only Rito men and women who have received a scale from the Great Valoo are given the gift of wings. I have a scale, but I'm not really good at flying yet...

[It seems to take a moment for what Link says to even register, but when it does, she scrambles over to the side of the cliff to look down on who's speaking. She didn't think she'd actually see someone else out here! Someone else who's been kidnapped?

But when she looks down and sees that familiar green tunic, those long ears, that blonde hair... a million thoughts rattle around in her brain at once, along the lines of: When did you get so much bigger? Wow, how long have I been away from home? I hope everything's alright there... but, Link, why are you here?

All that comes out instead is:] Link?!

[The cliff isn't enormously high, but Link is still a little hard to hear, so she continues yelling down to him to make sure she can be understood:] Yes, Link! I guess it's been a while! Or I'm just not very memorable, I suppose! But don't you at least remember Drag-

[Ugh this is killing her throat] Actually, hold on a moment, Link! I'll be right down!

[She's too busy staring in childlike wonderment at all the in-progress weapons and tools to notice Hiccup, or the look she just got, but when the words reach her ears she scrambles into a bow.] Oh, hello! I'm sorry, I hope I'm not interrupting anything... I've just never seen any place like this before, so I'm still a little lost.

[But then she glance back at the weapons. And then back to Hiccup, who looks kind of scrawny-shounen-hero. Only one conclusion, really.] Wow! Are those all yours?!

[Well, let's see: wings, check. Sundress, check. Look of wide-eyed amazement, double check. But when she notices someone's speaking to her, she rubs at the back of her head, a little embarrassed.]
