Rove to be indicted

I haven't found anything on the major news websites to back this up, but word has it Fitzpatrick will charge Rove later this week. Perjury charges seem likely, obstruction of justice possible to.

yeah, i have heard talk of this as well on the think progress site...who knows, maybe it will happen.

I also read that there are new documents -- handwritten notes asking about Plame -- that bring Cheney directly into the case. Not that Fitzgerald is necessarily looking to charge him, but maybe Cheney will have to at least testify under oath?

the other night i was watching charlie rose, and the guest host was william kristol (of the weekly standard). he was interviewing some other neo-con who wrote a book about all the recent scandals (de lay, etc.) and eventually both of them admitted, reluctantly, that they think rove will be indicted over the next two weeks.

i was fairly disappointed with what we got for Fitzmas. maybe after his recent marathon appearances, they will indict rove.
