He's so not cool. Ever.

I mean, I don't even think he's in the Justice League. And if he is, then he'll probably be kicked out because he isn't about justice, he's about throwing Baterangs. The gayest things known to comics. I mean, they're possibly gayer than Captain Planet. Who's even more of a tree hugger than Kevin.
