Pre-op FtM use something similar to the 'P-Mate'. "cause you know, they look like guys, and want to be guys, so to reduce and embaressment in public restrooms, they get one of those. But they usually go for realistic ones, that really look like penises, for the whole mind-body-ness, not just to shove it a guys face that they can pee standing up, too.
