There had been a long list of possibilities to be narrowed down when Sam and Dean first arrived in the small country town where sheep and goats were being found mutilated or had simply gone missing. They'd finally settled on a troll when they discovered an old, stone bridge at the epicenter of all the attacks. One old farmer informed them that some of the stones had been brought over from the original land owner's ancestral home in eastern Europe. Now, here they were, preparing for a stakeout of the bridge, and arguing over strategy, such as it was

I'm glad the pun doesn't bother you; I swear a corny sense of humor is genetic in my family... "Pop-culturify" probably should be a word, if it isn't. Maybe it just needs used more until it is.
