Tuesday - Missed Connections
Thanks, everyone, for making my first day as guest host such fun!
Today, let's play with "Missed Connections." This could be anything from being in the wrong place at the wrong time, the right place at the wrong time, or the wrong place at the right time; being too early/late, delayed, or lost; accidentally (or otherwise) avoiding events/consequences/rewards; not quite "clicking" with another character; to revisiting/repairing/reconnecting links and relationships after previously missing out.
I'm sure I'm overlooking other twists on the theme, so please, be as literal or figurative as you like, and feel free to turn the theme upside down and inside out; don't forget to shake it to see what else falls out too! Any fandom (RPF or FPF), and any characters/pairings (het, gen, slash, femslash) are welcome!
Please use the following formats (the second is for crossovers) in your requests in order to help the code-monkeys best do their jobs:

Some examples might be:
