In all fairness, I don't blame this on Steve Beshear...and I think he's the only one who can do something about it. I trust him to act quickly and prudently. Just the same, I think I will write him a letter.

I don't blame Beshear a 100% but he's not mr. innocent either. In a recent speach he said he might have to lay off social workers and teachers.
