So, the Hold Steady show was last Thursday, February 2. I went with my friend Andrew -- it's really incredibly nice to have a concert buddy after a semester of going to things on my own. Especially for a show like the Hold Steady, who definitely attracted a more masculine crowd than, say, the New Pornographers.

wow I didnt realize concerts got that interesting...lol course the last real concert I went to....(because the sherman municpal building dont really count) was Pink Floyd...and I was like...4 and all I remember is that me and William were really really cold...and all we could do to pass the time was imagine and talk about wouldnt it be cool if the giant pig would burst open with candy...LOL!!
