Last night I went to Lee's to see the Scandelles valentines burlesque show. After going to last years, and seeing what an awesome show they put on, I couldn't miss this one. Special thanks go out to Jeanine for joining me because even though i said i would go alone, I think i'd feel too awkward to actually do it. I psyched myself up to go up

I have yet to see the Harlettes or the Scandelles. Do you keep tabs on their shows? If so, do let me know when the next one is coming up, I only ever hear about the Shameless Dames and Skin Tight shows.

I've never even heard of Shameless Dames. I've yet to go to a Skin Tight show but i've done few workshops at good for her with coco la creme. The harlettes show was pretty awful for a number of reasons but i'm not gonna pass judgement until i see another show. I have a friend in the harlettes so i keep the group on my myspace, so i hear about shows on bulletins or word of mouth. The next harlettes show is april 29th i believe. and as for the next scandelles show, i have no idea. I usually either check the website or read something about it in Now/Eye. But i'll be sure to let you know if i find out!

There's quite a few troupes in town but most of them barely advertise (or else they don't in venues I'm aware of) so few people know them all.

Coco is great, I can see her being super fun in a workshop setting. You should definitely catch the next Skin Tight show, fantastic girls.

What happened at the Harlettes show?? Also, do they have an actual myspace for the troupe? I'd love to add them so I don't have to bug you about shows. Thanks!
