Have any of you read the new Meredith Gentry book, A Lick of Frost? I read it at Hastings
(because I'm a freeloader) and I gotta tell ya, it was great. Less about sex and more about story, and what a story! I was really moved by the ending. Anyone want to discuss?

So my date was okay. The guy, Miles, was very nice, but not much of anything else. Lots of information to pass along. I quit my job yesterday. That sucked. I also found out I'm anemic, which could be causing my leg pain, so I need to increase the iron in my diet and hopefully I will be well again. Aaaaand... I have a date on Friday.

Why do people have to be such fucking douchebags? You try and be helpful, and they call you snooty for saying "I was right." Fuck you guys, you douchebags. See if I ever try to help you with your math homework again. Fuck you, Cameron.

I had to go to the doctor today. I've had this sensation in my left leg for about a month; it's an aching pain that sometimes feels like my muscle isn't long enough to reach from my hip to my ankle. Cameron's been acting strangely since he got home from his month-long trip to California for training, and I finally got him to talk to me about it.
