It was good to have a catch up over a few beers. That was some of last years brew, this year I'm going for some classy european style brews instead of the cheap aussie brews I tried last year - so far they are going pretty well, I just bottled a european light lager and am thinking of doing an english stout next then maybe a pilsner, also bottled a non-alcoholic ginger beer recently which is pretty tasty.

I am rather pleased with that hat. Not wearing it today though, it's too windy.

Stout is always a good brew. I've actually become quite fond of Kilkenny's, which is more of a draught I suppose but brewed like a stout. A shot of Jameson's with a Kilkenny's chaser is the shit.

Was never very fussed with kilkenny's that whole idea of the widget in each can seemed like a scam to put less beer in to me. Preferred guinness myself, but yeah a shot of anything single malt is good.
