YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH!

I was an avid fan of this strip when it was first published in the NZ Listener back in the '80s, and it's been impossible to find ever since. Trace Hodgson came up in a random conversation about YOOF AT RISK earlier today and I was instantly reminded of his cartooning work, so went googling for some.

Nick from the Shocking Pinks ( & shitloads of older bands) is Trace Hodgsons' son. He made a feature length movie while at Hagley around the same time we were doing that film course with Trace & bulk other recognisable Chch slackers & ne'er do wells, but decided to not make any more films 'cos he wanted to concentrate on his music. A very talented, focussed & driven person.
