I assume it will be WES who "falls" for Dr. Ryan... Travis would be way too obvious since he has the hots for her since right from the start, right? On the other hand... there are also still sparks flying between Wes and Alex, so maybe it IS Travis and he will finally REALLY fall in love because she reminds him so much about Wes who he can't have?
