wow, 15 years!! congrats!

I definitely need routine and dedication, especially with the big project I'm on. I'm kinda ill right now but hopefully that'll pass soon and I can stop promising myself and start actually doing things...

I have been watching “Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Cookery Course” and I must tell you… even if “pancake Saturday” sounds delicious, there are many other fantastic dishes that you can add: frittata, omelettes, mushrooms, bacon, potatoes, cupcakes, brownies…. “Brunch Saturday” sounds even better.
The part that didn’t convince me at all was the coffee. French press or espresso. Everything else tends to be too watery.

Oh, I don't mind filter coffee! It plays to the lazy in me on Saturday mornings, who just wants to top up the cup instead of making a new batch of coffee.

My husband and I are also celebrating our 15th anniversary in London this week. Happy anniversary to you both.

Oh, I wrote badly. We live here. I've lived here for 20 years and HWMBO for 15. Elephant and Castle is our home.

that sounds like a great addition to your writing schedule. i tend to do word-count versus time spent writing since i'm the type who can dick around on the internet for hours at a time. it may take me five hours to do it, but i keep the commitment to 1,000 words.

and, congratulations on 15 years together; something definitely worth celebrating!

Thank you!

Part of the reason I want to keep it a time spent writing rather than word-count is that I want to tackle a lot of the stuff I've already written - including NaNoWriMo. There's so much editing I need to do - want to do!
