Cor - I have no idea who I might have made that tape for! Time for me to be confused!

I've been thinking about your tape, but can't find any blanks at the moment, despite KNOWING I have some, but it'll be a corker when it DOES happen, believe you me! (I also can't find my tape with Mike the Bike on it!! WAAAA!)

side one was entirely mccarthy. side two had on it such songs as the low one, "velvet underground" by jonathan richman, "hey hey 16K" and "the black hair and glasses brigade" by mj hibbett and - amusingly - "you're pretty good looking for a girl" by the white stripes... ringing bells at all? there are a few more on it i do not recognise and have always been curious about but wanted to find on my own terms and not cheat by asking you

Ah, I'll probably have put some Dudley Corporation on - Dudley made me a cd of songs and put the aforementioned White Stripes song on, so it went on a few mixes at the time... describe some songs to me and I'll see if I can get them!

indeed there was - it had the "all that useless ocean" one on it as well. i'll have to dig it out. AGAIN i nearly bought the corporation album while at vinyl exchange but AGAIN i ended up having too many other items i wanted! sigh - one day
