Of course I’d love to come visit you! We have hols coming up soon; would then be all right, or do you need more notice than that?
I don’t think it will be too hard to arrange with Mother and Father. I’ll just write them saying I want to stay at school so I can study. They shouldn’t have a problem with that, since they let Bella do it a few years ago. I don’t think they really want me at home anyway.
Anyway, I can just get on the train and you can meet me at the station. Mother and Father will think I’m at school, the professors will think I went home, and I’ll really be in Bonaire with you. So everyone will be happy.
Again, thank you so much for inviting me. It’s the best Christmas gift I could have gotten.
