Hmm. That kinda doesnt help me. Lol. But I have tried a relaxing tea with Chamomile before and it helped.

I was just wondering if these were good as another kind other than chamomile. If if doesnt, then I know which one to go back to. Lavender too, completely forgot about that before. I'll definitely keep that in mind for next time as well.

And I do agree that 10 bucks is a bit steep for tea, but hey. This is what I'll call my trial with the Be Well teas.

Thanks though! <3

I have never seen the be well teas, but I have a canister of Chamomile Lemon "surrender to sleep herb tea" that a friend bought for me, and I have to say that it is both delicious and relaxing. Much better than any other tea I've ever tried that supposedly had lemon in it; most of them just taste like floor wax.

The ingredients for this one:
Lemon balm, linden flower, orange blossoms, chamomile, lavender flower, skullcap, passion flower and valerian root.

And it's funny that you ask about this because I was just about to brew myself a cup.
