Suggestions for loose tea newbie?

Hello, I'm new here and I have a question. I have been drinking bagged tea for awhile now, but I am interested in starting up with loose tea. You could go with a muslin bag to wrangle your loose leaves for brewing with minimum hassle in either a cup or a pot/pitcher scenario. Store them when dry with the tea, wash/dry with the dishes. A number of companies also sell mesh strainers (got mine from Republic of Tea) that fit into a mug or a tea pot.

For convenience, I'm partial to Adagio's IngenuiTea--easier to clean than the muslin bags, better leafy movement than the mesh strainer, I can see how close it is to ready and strain it without getting awkward ( ... )
