I'm not a war advocate. I can't imagine anyone actually liking war, but those kind of people are out there. I think it sucks a lot that people are dying, but if they're dying for something they believe in I have a great deal of respect for them. I also appreciate their willingness to go because I know damn well I would not want to nor have my boyfriend ever be drafted. I think many people these days find this war to be drawn out, but I think we've made our bed and need to sleep in it. There isn't a lot we can do right now other than keep fighting I guess. I mean people say we can't take our troops out yet, but when is going to be the time when we can? In the mean time I feel like we need to make the troops feel as supported as possible. They need to know we are backing them so they don't feel like they're dying in vain. I, for one, wish it could be over, but I'm not moving to Canada any time soon. No offense to our lovely Canadians in here. :D
