Just an idea that I probably won't have time to play around with, and that you would do better anyway: Something with this picture, a background of a fairytale castle with a ringed-planet in the sky, possibly some aliens (just sort of a weird dream-scape of scifi, but interspersed with fairytale images, implying its all a magical adventure) and that quote from "Army of Ghosts" where Rose talks about the man who took her away in his magic blue box.
Yes? No? Possibly?

Because the_sandwalker's theme sounds awesome as a header but with Ten/Rose. Judging from your wallpapers, you can make things look pretty so I trust your artistic direction.:D :D
