HOLY CRAP GUYS.
BIG BANG MINIALBUM. TODAY. INCOHERENT. BUT. WHO THE HELL NEEDS COHERENCY?
Since I've been making lists a lot lately, and also because this will only be my second time using a LJ cut...
1. Stand Up (Intro)
Not really much of a surprise here, since I've listened to this about 983753 times already. It's still a really awesome song though.
2. Day After Day (Haru Haru)
I love this song, and I've only played it once (as of the time of this entry). The beat goes well with the melody, I think. It's so catchy and amazing, I need lyrics NOW.
3. Heaven
LOL, I immediately started laughing when I heard the "Lalala" and "Twenty-four seven" in the beginning. Don't know why, I'm just weird like that? But the rest of the song is pretty nice.
4. A Good Man
Aaahh. This is kinda like a laid-back song, and I find the part where TOP sings really low kinda funny. Then again, I find a lot of things funny anyway.
5. Lady
...I don't get this song. Eh, it might grow on me after a little while.
6. Oh My Friend
Oh wow, when did Big Bang suddenly turn into pop rock? I mean, the screaming? I can't even really tell who's singing anymore, even though I have all of their voices down. Or at least I thought I had. I dunno.
In general, I have to say I really liked the songs in the beginning, but was a bit disappointed with with the ending. I mean, the only song that sounded like any of their previous stuff was "Stand Up". This minialbum was a bit more poppish-sounding. And while I'm certainly not against that, it's just a bit different.
And about Jiyong's new hairdo. Um. Iseriouslydon'tlikeit. It resembles a mohawk combined with Sungmin's Don't Don hairstyle. Except... Sungmin manages to pull it off (but really, Sungmin can make ANY hairstyle look cute). Oh well. I guess normal-haired GD won't be back for a while.
I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING ICONS. And most likely I'm not going to finish for a while.
