Tim has and always will be there, reguardless of life. Even when, say, Earth implodes/explodes someday, time will still be there, even if there's no one to record it. Someday it will be, and then records of time will be picked up again.
As for me, I don't necessarily believe in a "higher power." I believe in what can be proven, which stems from me not having a religion, never going to church, never learning of a higher power, et cetera.
Time was created so that people could know how long they had till darkness..maybe. THat's the reason for the sun dial. No "higher power" made time, it's always been there, we just have numbers to explain it.
You're right, it isn't based on a number system. It's based on the rotation on the bloody earth around the sun. But we USE the numbers so that we can know how long it takes for it to start back at zero again. Get it?

Ok, don't do that shit on my live journal, it's not here to correct typoes it's not here to try to insult others intellegence, and it's not here to be immature like that. And also, if you really had to do that at least spell "meant" right. It's a typo from a few days ago, don't be immature and force yourself to correct it.
God is the Alpha, the Omega, the beginning and the end. Who shall and who shall always. We shouldn't worship time it self cause without God there would be no Time. God created you, just as he created time space and the entire existence of every thing.

Same with the earth. >>;;

Time had to be created by something but it doesn't make sense to think it was created.

You're thinking too much into it.

It's my job to think into it.
Take simple things that we assume just work just because and see the whole complexity
The work of an idiot. <3

It's the axis of the sun and where the Earth is around it.
