Today was a VERY emotional day. "Every 15 Minutes" (a program started in California many years ago) took place at De Pere High School. When the program was started every 15 minutes a person died due to an alcohol related crash. The average now is about every 30 minutes. today was the blood drive at my school, and now that I'm eligible I signed up to donate, OF COURSE. The nurse people were all pretty nice, the one who did all the information stuff and pricked my finger was kinda old and I questioned if she even knew what she was doing...But the lady that actually took my blood was very nice. As most of you know yesterday I competed in STAR Events at State for FCCLA. Danielle, Anna and myself did an AWESOME job. Our presenation went smoothely and the judges were pretty nice.
