I didn't get any sleep on the flight here and tried to stay up for a while. I guess I didn't try hard enough because I passed out around 7...but that's 11 at home and I hadn't slept since Monday. I didn't get much sleep last night at all. I woke up this morning and I didn't want to move. I managed to drag my ass out of bed and go into work. I need to eat because not only am I tired but I haven't eaten anything all day. I need a nap and a full belly.

I'm so tired, but I can't sleep.

I've had a crappy past couple of days. My body and head have been in constant pain. Shyra and I spent the day outside and I think it helped. I felt better after hours of sun and fresh air.

What would people be without apposable thumbs?
