Kudos for going out of your way to help out the duck, that's awesome (I gotta admit I'm one of those people that would probably call animal services once and then give up). Have you ever thought about helping animals for a living instead of computers?

I have thought about it and I think it is still an option since I've been kinda pulling away from computers lately. I'm not sure if I could deal with seeing a bunch of sick animals though, even if I was helping them.

I'm glad the duck is probably going to be okay. I probably wouldn't have gone back, so congratulations on your high level of dedication! I think I would've thought, "well, at least it's not an endangered species." Hooray for animals that seem determined to survive!
