I'm sorry the insurance guy is giving you the runaround. Car insurance is supposed to protect the person who gets hit in an accident, and clearly it's not working that way for you right now. Hope you get what you need from them without too much fuss.

Oh man, I'm so sorry it's such a mess. I hope your shoulder feels better soon and the insurance schmuck doesn't give you more trouble (you have to admit, it must be a terrible job to tell people they're not actually injured when they are).

I could care less about that honestly. They choose the job knowing what it involves. I know its the company who pushes that stuff on the agents, but still. Nothing has been resolved yet.
