What is the proposed format for a Reddit post? I notice that they seem to not include very large descriptions and most oftenly accompanied by a URL to another site.

You can make the post fairly long. I think I would just stick to the relevant information and the avenues you have tried for assistance.

Just be honest and sincere, I like I said I can't promise Reddit will help, but they have helped tons of people.

Not late at all. I'm still fighting this. We've gotten through 1/4 surgeries to remove the rest of the cancer tumors. Yay progress!
