Can't say much about dragons, but I find it better to show them how pathetic they are by killing them. Most monsters and demons are the same.

But it goes back to the fact that very few humans are anything but pathetic and even killing over and over again becomes tedious with little challenge. Especially with how they grow weaker each time they die.

It's merely a simple fact. It's far more entertaining to kill a human who actually puts up some pathetic fight than it is to kill one who is asleep.

That's only a fact because you like the challenge of it. There's plenty of folks I've known who just like the moment where people's heart stops so that qualifier wouldn't matter to them.
