Zach always does that.
Run away from a juicy conversation.
A disagreement is not an excuse to end a conversation.
Everything I fuckin say is perceived as childish and immature.
Can I have a fuckin opinion?
Does anything I say matter?
Or am I just a hopelessly lost fool, trying to sound intelligent?
You are my biggest critic. Why?

At first, I wasn't going to reply because I thought it would be more or less callow on my behalf to make a comment to this... but I decided that it doesn't really matter one way or another.

So here it is, Justin..

First of all, I ended the conversation because if I had stayed I'm sure I could have made you even more uncomfortable, and I would have just pushed even more buttons. You made me thoroughly upset because I thought you were beyond petty arguments like that.

It all started out because I thought you knew that one of my favourite things is the Victorian Era.

Not everything you say is perceived as childish and immature.
I don't care if you have an opinion.
Some things you say matter.

And sometimes yes, I think you try to sound more intelligent. But if I didn't think you were intelligent, you should know me just enough to realize that I wouldn't waste my fucking time talking to you ( ... )

You don't need to defend yourself.
I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings. It wasn't called for.
I'm always a defensive person. I root for the underdog in all situations.
Of course I'll talk to you again.
I was just venting my frustrations in my journal.
No hard feelings?
