Most of my Christmas presents were bought at Target on my lunch breaks, because between school & work I barely had time to buy groceries! I think as long as you find/make "from the heart" gifts, it's okay. It's the thought that counts, and all that clique crap. I bought my dad a couple of $4, 60% cacao chocolate bars with finely ground espresso beans (he loves chocolate & coffee). I KNEW he would like them...Come to find out my mom bought like ten bars for him already. So, yeah I'm clinging to that "it's the thought that counts" thing. If I were still in Corpus I could teach to crochet a hat (it takes ten minutes), so you could have especially inexpensive, thoughtful, non-time consuming gifts, but I'm home in San Angelo (plus, as if they would have a need for warm hats in Corpus!)

oh! I just thought of something you should really really be reminded. If you want to clear those clouds of stress, work out. Run, skip, dance, do DDR, swim, do jumping jacks, it doesn't matter. Although, I've found that when I run until it feels like my body can't go on(I think this is when it switches to the anaerobic pathway)& then I keep going a ways, when I start walking again it feels so amazing. Like, my body is in harmony with the earth and everything in it or something. After working out, I always have more patience for what life throws at me. Point is, you should try it.
