Do you find sock garters sexy? What about when a man sits down and the bottoms of his pants rise above his ankles and he is wearing black socks?

i don't see too many sock garters these days but it was a good look. i'd like to see it revived. the socks themselves don't matter all that much (obviously, argyle would be ideal) but what really made this experience was the insubstantial quality of the ankle in question.
