I learned that there are two species of Coquina clam (the ones you find by the billion at the beach). The only difference between them is the angle of the shell, 120.9 and 131.4 degrees are the only two options.

who cares, I will never know.

i would obsessively run up to every clam i saw and measure it with measuring tape as a hobby.
