I`m not sure you`re going to get #2 or #5.

Roger`s has $30 for 300 MB data on blackberries, which is pretty much as good as unlimited. (You still need to have a $20 per month voice plan though)

I think Telus and Bell do #5. .think they all do roaming in southern michigan because that's a common thing to do in Windsor..

But Telus and Bell fail #6, as they're over 50 dollars a month before the bullshit fees that drive it up over 70 a month.

Rogers has a promotion for unlimited im/text messaging/etc for 20, and 30 bucks gets you 500 meg a month.. but i need a voice plan, which helps them fail #6 as well.

With a crackberry, you wouldn't be using IM via SMS (it's data). Can he convince people in the US to send email instead? :)
