There's lots of it! I do find it amusing the way this country grinds to halt in a few inches of snow, but then again it so rarely happens that it kind of makes sense not to be prepared for it. Don't worry, we have snow every year, yet an inch of it can destroy the whole traffic. Rain too. People see it, and forget how to drive properly.
