mmm, no. terrorists aren't exactly a big fan of Bush's policy in the middle east. if anything they're more likely to attack now. anyway i'd rather the economy be strong, the deficit gone, and low unemployment than I'd like to see military over-spending.

Muslims hate America, and they wouldn't back off no matter who was in office --- not even a complete pussy like John Kerry. Furthermore, Kerry had no plan to strengthen the economy, which really is influenced pretty little by the sitting president. The deficit is high because we happen to be in the middle of a global war and we got attacked in a terrorist event that cost billions of dollars to repair --- and as for unemployment, its nothing compared to European countries right now (coincidentally run by socialists who value "peace" and "cooperation" over actually holding anyone accountable for their own welfare. Capitlaism as it is currently practiced is the best shot people have for employment.

First off, we aren't in a global war. Clearly we aren't focusing on terrorist and threats to the entire world because we aren't even thinking about invading North Korea or Iran, who just passed a bill to restart making nuclear weapons while chanting "death to america." If you don't believe me the story is here. Furthermore, we went to war with Iraq because of information that was false and has been proven to be so. It is absolute, complete and utter bullshit that the Bush administration did not know about the absence of weapons of mass destruction. We are also clearly losing this war because the Bush administration never came up with an exit strategy, only an entrance strategy and from there they just figured that the Iraqis would give up. Global war means that Muslims everywhere are trying to destroy Western civilization --- think about that for a moment, along with the fact that it is FOOLISH to attack countries that ALREADY HAVE NUKES. Invading Iraq was a splendid idea because Saddam DIDN'T have nukes yet! I can't belive how much you generalize. How cruel it is to say that every Muslim on the planet is trying to destroy Western civilization. Have you ever met a Muslim person? Have you ever heard their opinions or sat down and had a conversation with them? Clearly you haven't because if you had you would be making the mistake of that horrible generalization. If that were true they would have easily toppled Western society by now. Yes, there are some extremists who believe that violence is the answer to everything. This, however, is not what Islam is about. The answer is quite obvious. Islam has its roots in the Judiasm, which, last I checked, was not considered a violent faith.
