Ugg, I don't know..... I think I am happy working at Starbucks... is it too demeaning? But what is an appropriate job for a middle age woman anyway? One who has no skills......? I go through Craigslist Classified and I have NO qualifications! I'm not beating myself up, don't worry. It's just that I am only good at building up MY world, my business

Oh, its good to hear news from you, Con. Apart from seeing new paintings every so often, which is lovely.

Even not very good news. I'm pissed off with your Starbucks manager. They did an experiment here, a DIY firm, called B&Q, started up in my town and only employed people over fifty. It was pretty popular, because the workforce was so knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to talk to. They did stop doing it, but they still have a wide range of ages in B&Q here. Perhaps the youngsters are better at pouring out coffee though?

I do love Starbucks, don't get me wrong... I am just shocked that people see me that way. I have lived in this little bubble for a while and in it, I am young and hot! LOL Going out into the "real" world is a bit scary. But I figured the best revenge is to prove them WRONG... so I am doing well, making lattes, cappucinos and caramel machiatos like the best of them.
