Why, yes, yes he is. :D

He doesn't have a huge part, so Doumeki will never learn his name, but he will feature throughout the next, oh, ten or so chapters.

Doumeki's gonna be stuck in there for a long time...

I <3 Yuui. I didn't quite catch his age. Is he an adult, or not? (And does he age or not?) I'm thinking in terms of Fai and Kurogane being roughly the same age in appearances, but really Fai being much older, but just hardly aging.

Yuui and Fai age pretty normally here--they're approximately eighteen at this point in time, and Kurogane is 13. As far as them being grown up, Yuui and Fai have been doing this whole rescuing thing for several years and are fairly mature; however, I really don't think they ever got out of the ten-year-old "Let's have fun!" stage. If that makes sense.

However, the majority of the story takes place in five years' time, so they're all that much older. So by that time, both Kuro-pipi and Fai are really about twenty, even though they are five years apart. There are several other mage-like characters in the story--or, at least, characters capable of magic--and, as opposed to Fai aging very slowly as he does in canon (and being, most likely, much older than Kurogane), he ages pretty normally, as do the rest of them.

Did any of that make sense? I've come down with the flu and everything is rather wonky.

*facedesk* How how how did I not see that you had updated? Damn, sorry about that. My Internet's been spotty at best, but I try to check my friends regularly. Oopsies.

I love Yuui. So much. And I'm looking at that last line -- "He promised he wouldn't, and so he would say nothing." -- and getting very, very nervous. What are you planning, you evil person you?

And the idea of Doumeki taking Kurogane's place (which got him his tongue cut out!!!) is worrying me excessively. *gulp* Anyhow, update soon, please?

Heh. Heh heh.

Ummm...I can't say. Though I can say that as opposed to getting his tongue cut out, it was actually his vocal chords that were removed. I know it's possible in modern medicine, and while that surgery was back-alley at best, Seishirou is a doctor (and a magician) after all...XDD. Getting his tongue removed meant he could still make noise, which is why I had to go for the total silence thing.

i have a feeling that after the next few chapters everyone is going to hate me...:hides:
