Public posts, yes, via RSS. (Bergey, let me know if you want me to set up a feed account here, and if so, what username you want it to have on LJ. bergey_dw_feed ?)

Protected posts, no. (The DW people have been working on solving that problem, with little success.) However, you can also log into DW with your LJ account via OpenID, so it's not like you have to create an account there.

Thank you. I had thought I had remembered that I could login to dw via my lj username, but for some reason it didn't "take," which is why I was confused.

Thanks for answering this. I would have had to dig into old posts for the answers. Given that I almost never post, an RSS feed seems unuseful.
